No response when I choose Bluetooth from menu

I get no response when I click on "Configure Bluetooth" from Main Menu ! Seems strange.
System is HP Pavilion running 'Maya'. 2Gb RAM, dual processor AMD E-300APU (whatever that means). Dual-boot with Win-7; Need I say B/tooth works A1 on latter -- Hate hate !!
Anybody seen this? --Rex

Bluetooth is FUBAR.
