Mozilla Firefox Not Indicating Visited Links

Mint installed first time on my notebook PC but I have a minor problem. Using the Mozilla Firefox browser I cannot tell which links are fresh and which have been visited. My previous distro was Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon and this version had unvisited links in blue and visited links in gray.

I KNOW that I have the capability of changing the colors in the setup but when I do this it alters all of the other colors as well and most web pages look horrible.
