Linux Mint 12 KDE User Acount Image

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to change/add a image to my user account where it says you can add one. Everytime I try to change/add a image to mine it says "your administrator has disallowed changing your image". I don't understand this as I'm the administrator.
