YouTube won't fullscreen [resolved]

Postby powerpleb on Wed Mar 26, 2008 10:07 pm

Hi minters...

I'm having a bit of bother with youtube and yahoo video. When I click on fullscreen it opens in a new window for a second then kills itself. I've disabled pop-up blocker but it still happens. This happens on with FireFox, Epiphany and Opera. FYI I'm using Darnya and Flash 9.

Any idea how to solve it.

Cheers.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

Disable Compiz and try again, seems like there is an issue with Compiz and full screen youtube.

Yea that works, thanks.
It's just a shame I can't have both at the same time.

I think the issue is that Youtube full screen both open a new window and don't open a new window, and Compiz just can't handle that properly...
