Does anyone have an idea of how to get Vuescan to find the scanner. I have an HP5370C scanner that worked fine with Ubuntu Dapper (I think dapper used udev). I can't get Vuescan to find my scanner with either Ubuntu Edgy or Linux Mint Bianca. Has anyone encountered this problem? Running the command "lsusb" generates the following output.
boys@odBox:~$ lsusb
Bus 005 Device 003: ID 059f:0351 LaCie, Ltd
Bus 005 Device 008: ID 0781:5150 SanDisk Corp. SDCZ2 Cruzer Mini Flash Drive (thin)

So it looks as though my system is recognizing the scanner but none of the scanning software picks it up.
