Looks like this for me on firefox 2.0.0.6 and up (i tried installing all the version I could from synaptic). How does it look to you? I thought of blaming their webmaster - but it looks fine in firefox for Windows. I also installed opera for Mint - it looks better but still funny.

I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.13 and Mint and it looks odd to me with the white area too.

If you put it into an HTML validator it fails miserably so I think it's mostly the site.

The only thing I can recomend you is to install adblock. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865

But remember to turn of adblock on sites you wish to support, like Linux Mint.
Is it a poorly designed site? Or is it the fault of so many web browsers (Konqueror, Opera, Firefox ...). In Wind*ws the page renders fine in IE and Firefox. Is it because they handle the 'broken code' better?

Here it is in Konqueror on opensuse.
