Pidgin 2.10.3 - No Audio Calls

Hi to all,

I struggle now with one my of last problems on Mint 13 Mate edition: i can not make audio calls from Pidgin on YM! or GTalk. Microphone seems to work during the test, audio part is OK when i play mp3, mkv, avi...
But the butons to make audio calls are greyed out in Pidgin.

I re-installed pidgin, gstream pkgs, updated kernel to 3.2.0.32 and i googled a lot but i came up with no solution for this one...
Can someone recommend me an solution ?

no voice calls are working

I discovered that voice calls works if i talk to other guys that use Ubuntu for example. Is that possible ?
Does the OS matters when doing Voice Calls via Pidgin ?
