Is it safe for me to remove samba 4? It installed with faults, and every time I install or update software I get an error message saying that samba is causing update errors.
I have to say I don't see any actual problems with Mint 13 (Cinnamon)

I don't even know how Samba4 got into your system since it's still in beta so yes it's safe to remove it.
