[SOLVED] Mate, Dropbox and Proxy

I have Linux Mint 13 Maya with Mate installed and I need Dropbox on it. I use internet through proxy. I've tried to install dropbox from repository and from official site, but in both ways it writes:

Error: Trouble connecting to Dropbox servers. Maybe your internet connection is down, or you need to set your http_proxy environment variable

(The one from official site writes it in dialog, not in console). But:

echo $http_proxy
http://192.20.1.151:3128/

What am I doing wrong?

I found the solution. The right thing was to go here: https://www.dropbox.com/install and do the section "Install Dropbox via command line" before installing dep file.
