Picasa for mint 14 cinnamon. <SOLVED>

Hi.
I have just installed mint 14 Nadine cinnamon x64 rc and I have to say that I'm loving it. The only problem I'm having is that I am unable to install picasa either from the website, package manager or software manager, Software manager just seems to hang, the web site says that picasa is not available for my operating system and the package manager gives me the following message.
