Unable to install any applications requiring Python-QT4

When I try and install anything requiring Python-QT4 (Picard for example) Synaptic reports a 404 error for the following files:
W: Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/m ... 2_i386.deb
404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.202 80]

404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.202 80]

When browsing http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/q/qt4-x11 manually I see that libqt4-help_4.8.1-0ubuntu4.2_i386.deb has been replaced by libqt4-help_4.8.1-0ubuntu4.3_i386.deb

I'm running MINT 13

Any ideas what I can do about this?

time to update the system open mintupdate and let the updates come through

That worked a treat - I hadn't tried updating because I had a big Green tick in my update manager Icon.
