Since installing Mint 14 (and LO 3.6.2.2), I've had a problem that patches of text in my text documents appear to display "white on white" - it's as if the text for a number of lines disappears (although I can still see pink squiggly underlines for misspellings in that area). If I click a couple places within that area, the text display goes back to normal black-on-white appearance). This problem happens with already-existing documents that displayed OK previously (Mint 13, LO 3.6.2).
Has anyone else seen this behavior, and (I hope) know a resolution?
It could certainly be a LO problem, nothing to do with Mint, but I needed to start somewhere....
I've Googled for my symptoms but don't see anything.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Regards, RL

I had a similar problem about a year ago and I fixed it by updating my video drivers.
Maybe that is the problem.

Sheesh, I should have thought of that.
You're right - When I installed the proprietary Nvidia display drivers, the LO office went away.
Thanks much for your help.
