Openssh-server and ssh are not available.

I need to install openssh-server. I tried and got this answer:

Neither did it work in Synaptic. There, I also found a package named ssh that was supposed to include openssh-server, too (if I understood correctly), but trying to install that only gave a same kind of an answer.

Is there anything wrong in my sources.list? I have enabled all repositories apart from source repositories.

If any of you know a location for downloading some kind of an installer package, please tell me.

If it has worked before I think it may be due to the release of Hardy - perhaps the Ubuntu servers are bogged down
