Libreoffice Spellchecker & Welsh Dictionary

I'm aware that there's a Welsh spellchecker for Openoffice, is this the same as libreoffice and does anyone know if the spellchecker contains a full Welsh dictionary?

If somone could point me towards how to make it work in Libreoffice I'd really appreciate it. At the moment I can't even get the English one to work! I've managed to download and install a Language Pack that I thought would do the trick, so my Desktop now appears in Welsh, which is nice, but a spellchecker would be more useful... As yet, Welsh doesn't appear in the Office Dictionary, only Defaul Server, Thai-English and Spanish listed, none of which I've installed.

I'm running Linux Mint (13) Maya.
