I can't write a review of Cinnamon in the Software Manager

I tried to write a review for Cinnamon package from the Software Manager on Linux Mint 14 but a get this message: " The package you're trying to review was not found in our database. Please contact the development team about this."
i try to do the same on community.linuxmint.com and then again the package isn't there!!
