gThumb bug - tries to open wrong device

Postby Nick Payne on Wed Dec 05, 2012 9:51 pm

gThumb 3.0.2 on Mint 14 Cinnamon amd64. When I place the SD card from my camera in the reader attached to my PC, and then choose "Import with gThumb" from the dialog that appears, the import window opens and then puts up an error msgbox saying "Could not load the folder. Permission denied". The reason for this is that for the source media it has chosen an external ext2-formatted drive already mounted under /media rather than the just-mounted SD card. I have to change the source selection in the drop-down listbox at the top of the window in order to access the SD card.
