All-in-one sx525wd - scanner problem

Iḿ using mint about a month, iḿ new on linux .
My problm is about the scanner.
As a printer is working , but as a scanner mint don find any scanner. I installed xsane, and sane, but but the message is the same - i have no scanner.

How i can resolve this issue?
