Problem of syncing in dropbox and insync

I've linux mint 14

I've noted that dropbox and insync and not syncing many files and folders and claiming that everything is synchronized.. when I looked up I noted that all the files and folders not synced was having nonenglish names.. is there a way that can fix this issue ?..

Thank you guys anyway.. I restarted the system after installing the language pack and now everything works fine.
