how i callibrate colour my webcam?

i am using linux mint 14 cinnamon. in linux the color of my webcam is not good. when i open my webcam it shows my face in strange colors such as green,black etc. so how can i callibrate my webcam or how can i set the color of my webcam. from where i can download the best color callibration profie for my dell integrated wbcam. i also attach a pic which i take from my webcam.
hope someone replies. :( :( :( :( (sorry for my English)

What program are you using for the cam. I use guvcview and the color is about as good as I would expect. I haven't looked into any calibration settings.
i5 3570k, ASRock z77 Extreme 4, 8 Gb Ripjaws 1600, Antec 430w psu, HVR 1600 tv tuner, custom case- marble top, oak face. Carver & DCM Time Window sound system. Mint 14 KDE.
