Jquery not running in browsers after update of LinuxMint13

Hi there!

I'm bit disturbed with the problem. I recently updated my LinuxMint 13 Maya. Before updating my webpages with Image slider based on Coin-slider / Jquery 1.6.4 were running perfectly in borwsers as localhost / internet. But after update of my LinuxMint 13 Maya Mate, the image slider is not running at all. Any clue will be highly appreciated.
