Konqueror fonts - how to make the defaults larger?

When I use Konqueror, the fonts are too small.
How can I make the default size of the fonts larger?
I tried settings > configure konqueror > appearance > fonts >
and changed the minimum font size from 7 to 10,
but doing that did not change or increase the display font size.

PS: Why does configure konqueror list KHTML as the *only*
option for the Default web browser engine? Should it not
also include "webkit"? How can I get the 'webkit' option?
