Task bar disappears : Mint 13 Cinnamon 1.4.0

Hi,

I'm experiencing some trouble with mint 13. Today I felt like my computer was slowing down for no reason and then I decided to reboot but once it has been done I had no task bar.
I don't know what went wrong.

Can you help me with that ?
