Devices moving on the sidebar of Nemo on Linux Mint 14

I have installed Linux Mint 14 Cinnamon+Linux Mint 14 Mate on a 500 GB HDD. I gave each 100 GB (95 GB as ext4 + 5 GB swap) and left 300 GB for an NTFS partition which I called "Data". The thing is that each time I start Nemo file manager from any OS, I notice that the Devices section ( Data partition+ the 95 GB ext4 partitions + USB) keeps shifting its order of appearence on the sidebar, sometimes at the top and ohers at the bottom
