(solved)shortcut to MS office applications in wine

I have installed MS Office 2007 using Wine. The way I have started applications such as Word is to browse the virtual C drive and locate the WINWORD EXE file. Is there a way of creating a shortcut to EXE files in Office and perhaps adding them to the apps menu?
