[Solved] Ubuntuone's icon?

Hi all:

I am running Ubuntuone in my Linux Mint 13 (Cinnamon) without problem. I am wondering if there is a way to have an icon of it in the panel.

One more question. What does it mean to "run it from the dash". I was reading the entire post and I found interesting apps but I could not make them run...
