[SOLVED] Video playback problem

Postby lpp on Sat Mar 02, 2013 6:02 am

At first I had problem with video regarding sound - that is only one sound could be made and played at the same time. For example if I had two applications producing sound at the same time only one will actually play. I tried to solve this problem by mixing sound with software instead using hardware. I tried using paprefs to help me with this goal.

However, after installing it (there might have been update to whole system, I'm not sure) video playback became weird. For example whether I play simple youtube video or some video file in MPlayer or VLC the playback is speeded up substantially. Maybe somewhere around 10 times normal speed. And sound itself is mute.

Thanks :)

Everything works fine now... I still cannot play more then one audio at the same time (because I deleted paprefs and I'm afraid to play with it again, I don't need that support too much)
