Can't install add-ons in Firefox
I just installed Firefox 2 as I don't like Firefox 3 at all. But when trying to install add-ons, I only get an "unexpected installation error", no matter which extension I try to install. Which makes Firefox pretty much useless for me. Anybody know the solution to this?

Re: Can't install add-ons in Firefox
I figured it out after a couple of hours searching all over the internet:
Even if you use the Package Manager and mark both Firefox 2 and Firefox 3, there will still be a hidden directory on your disk called ".mozilla". You simply have to rename or delete it, so that it won't confuse Firefox with old settings when you try to install it again

Everything you have installed always has a hidden config folder in your home directory.
