[solved] Rhythmbox: Can't rip CD to MP3

Hi all,

I'm trying to rip a CD to MP3 using Rhythmbox on LM14. When I click Extract in Rhythmbox, I get this message:
Additional software is required to encode media in your preferred format:
MPEG-1 Layer 3 (MP3) encoder
There's an Install button, so I click it. It then searches for plugins and displays a new dialog box showing the plugin I need (GStreamer extra plugins i386). It has a Cancel button and an Install button, but the Install button is disabled.

What should I do?

I ran that command, but it says "ubuntu-restricted-extras is already the newest version."

Found a solution:
The solution is: Go to Edit > Preferences > Music. Change 'Format settings' to 'Custom Settings'. I kept Quality on 4 and sounded fine.
