I can no longer install packages through Software Manager

Postby Acromarts on Tue Mar 12, 2013 4:28 pm

Hello!

I'm using Linux Mint 14 (32-bit) on a bootable USB-drive. In the beginning, I was able to install packages through the Software Manager, but now I can't anymore. I tried installing Inkscape and Cairo dock, but when I click the 'install' button, the bottom bar changes to 'working' state for a split second, then the window will flash once and go back to the page of the application, with the bottom bar at '0 actions'.

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue? I was able to install Inkscape before, on the same Linux USB drive.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.
