I've been looking around and want to test out some other distros, by making a bootable USB. I know UnetBootin can do that, but it can't make persistent file storage unless if it's an Ubuntu based system. To clarify things, I am trying to do this on Linux Mint 14 KDE. To make things perfectly clear, my current goal is Precise Puppy. But I will probably want to do it on other distros later. The Windows equivalent is Universal USB Installer, aka PendriveLinux. It can make persistent file storage for any distro. Also, I'm using a netbook, which doesn't have a CD/DVD slot/reader/burner, so that's why I persist
