Installing Graphic driver for CPU Fan Speed Control

Im using Linux mint 14 Cinnamon 64bit

How to solve fan speed problem? is it related to installing graphic card driver? if so how to install ATI drivers because it is not listed in Additional drivers in softwares sources.
