Linux mint 12 software manager problems?
when i click on software manager it will open. When i click on a package to install like google earth or freeciv also i had to remove some of hte software sources like the ubuntu 11.10 and get deb cause it was having problems with getting software from them so i removed them how do i fix this i did re insert the get deb games and get deb apps all i dont have is the ubuntu 11.10 i just want to be able to install programs again please be very descriptive

Linux Mint 12 is unsupported as of April 1st and the repositories of Ubuntu will shut down on May 9th. I suggest you upgrade to Mint 13 (supported until 2017) or Mint 14 (supported until 2014)
