I am running mint 14 nadia, 64 bit version and when I run apt-get update, it gives me following errors and warning. Any idea how to clear it.

in your Soruces list place a # in front on this line again.
you'll have to do this with administrator privileges.

save the file then rundeb http://archive.removed/ubuntu quantal-removed apps
