Thunderbird + Yahoo Mail ???

How can i get my yahoo mail to work with thunderbird? i've looked around on the internet and found the POP servers but i just cant seem to get it to work. thnks

tried that but it didnt work. for some reason it keeps saying wrong password whenever it asks me to enter it. o well.

I do believe that in order to use a POP with Yahoo Mail you need to upgrade too there "gold" membership or what ever they call it now. It's like 20$ a year.

If I remember reading correctly, even in Windows, a program called YPops was necessary for Yahoo to display in email clients. It looks like Yahoo is still using POP3. As a free IMAP alternative, AOL has IMAP and works flawlessly in Thunderbird, Evolution, and KMail. AOL might be worth some consideration.
