Recover Deleted Files in Windows with Daryna

Well, I was messing around with a program I found called nCleaner. Thought it would be similar to CCleaner but it ended up deleting everything on my XP partition. Is there a program I can use that could maybe recover them?

Do you have Daryna installed and if so, do you have space to recover the files?
If so there is a program called TestDisk/PhotoRec either already installed or available through Synaptic.

I installed it through the package manager but now how do I use it? It's not in the menu in the bottom left.
