Mintupdate problem

Hello everybody,

Mintupdate updated my system (Daryna). It also updated the openoffice and now afterwards I have the ubuntu edition and no more the Mint edition of openoffice. (The brown splash screen.)

How is this possible? I thought that mintupdate would ensure to keep the system "Minty"?

Can someone explain this and propose me a fix?

Try this:

mintMenu > Preferences > mintDesktop. Arrow to the right until you see the "Splash Screens Restoration" tab. Click on what you need to restore and click the Apply button. That should set things right. Good luck!
