speech to text software

anybody have a recomendation for speech to text software?

I read a review earlier this year of something from Philips (yes!) that I think was for Linux as well - but I can't remember what...
This is still in its infancy and there are only a few that works well (and I think this Philips thing was the only that worked really well)
