Not really the smartest approach.
You do not ignore the packages, you disable or remove the whole medibuntu repository, because medibuntu has been discontinued: The Medibuntu project comes to an endNote:
On most Mint editions the packages.medibuntu.org line will be found in the file /etc/apt/sources.list.
