Is there any good online backup services that works well with Linux (Auto sync)..?

Jungle Disk and the Amazon S3 service looks like it would do what you want.

Jungle Disk is not open source, through inexpensive ($20). It does store the data on S3 in a proprietary format (as I understand it).
S3sync is a Ruby script that can use the S3 service. Looks like a bit more work to use, but not that difficult. Not open source either, but free as in beer.http://s3sync.net/wiki
