I have both Linut Mint 5 Rev 1 and XFCE beta installed on the same computer. Flash works on XFCE but not on Elyssa. I don't know why. Synaptic says it is installed on Elyssa but it does not show up on Firefox when I do an about:plugins. I do see the .ko file in /usr/lib/mozilla. Anyone have any ideas?

Try reinstalling the flash plugin with synaptic.
