can I use iso-localize (the last file (1.0.7) was made for Nadia) on Mint 16 iso files and on Mint 17 iso files later ?

Hi,
I used iso-localize (1.0.7) to localize Mint 17 RC in French. Iso-localize made the job and I've got a mint17 fr iso file. The problem is when I made a bootable usb key with that iso file, the usb key don't boot.
Is it possible to have a new version of iso-localize to be compatible with Linux Mint 17 Qiana ?
