CNR client?

I am downloading Mint 4.0 & am wondering will the CNR clint work with it, I downloaded the Ubuntu 8.04 version & got "error dependancy is not satisfiable: libqtcore4" when I tried to install it. Well that was in Kubuntu, but same as ubuntu only with KDE on top.
