[Solved] Alternatives to Backup Tool

Post by Pastcal »

Like a lot of people Backup Tool is hanging on 'Calculating' for me. Googling doesn't show a solution. What is the 'recommended' alternative?

Linux Mint 16 XFCE 32 bit. Bog standard hardware.

For file saving look at Grsync, Luckybackup, Backintime.

For image backups, look at Clonezilla and Redo Backup.

Thanks for that. I'll give them a spin. Shame about Backup Tool, does it work for anyone?
