Dear Mint Forum,
I've noticed that new kernels are being released, and none of them are "recommend".
My question is, do the devs of Linux Mint test the new kernels and if so, how will we be notified if a new kernel is promoted to Recommend?
I reckon it will be as een security update LV5?
P.S. Hope that I put this in the correct section

Re: Kernel Updates
Do you need a new kernel? Is some hardware on your computer (or peripheral) not working properly, and do the release notes indicate the bug is fixed? Is it identified as a security fix?
If not, don't worry about it.
