How do I go about upgrading to Firefox 3.0.3 from 2.0.016?

Did you check the software portal? That's the place if it's at all possible

It's not listed in the software portal for Daryna.

Then I'm afraid you can't upgrade but there are two possibilities left
Check directly in the repos - open Synaptic and search for Firefox
or go to Mozilla and find a download
