Azarus Antivirus Scheduling ??

Postby mister_bin on Mon Oct 27, 2008 7:12 pm

I have a question right now i am using Azerus antivirus and everytime i scan i have to enter azerus -a in the shell and it takes a good 15 minutes to finish up.

Now my question is is there anyway i can whip up a shell program or script of some sort to issue that command at a set time of day and then have the output sent to file or have it not close the terminal so i can see the output..

I know you can schedule mundain tasks in Juniper routers and i know those are built off of a Linux kernel i was just wondering is the same could be applied here.. Also how would i do it ?? Thanks in advanced

Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
