is virtualbox with mint64 fixed?

i tried mint 64 and i did same as mint 4 daryna added myself to groups and virtualbox would not run also will 64 bit version use 4 gig of ram?

cant remember if was mint 5 or 64 but installed added myself to groups then kept giving some error when i tried to start the machine

did you log off after adding yourself to user group?
