Help with apt-get

Postby Nacho.Cheese on Sun Jan 11, 2009 9:22 am

I'm installing WINE to listen to my podcasts.
I've installed felx and bison now im trying to install Xlib/Xfree86. I did a search to try and find out what i could about this lib. From some other forums it was suggested to go to run command
apt-get build-dep wine . When I do this i get this error .

test-desktop test # apt-get build-dep wine
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to find a source package for wine

Suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi

Assuming that you are running either 5 or 6 then go to start menu, package manager, enter wine in search and simply select and install the wine package.
