Can't add Dia to my menu

I installed Dia off the repos yesterday, but for some reason, the only way I can launch it is to run a command. It never appeared under Graphics or Office, and even when I manually added it to my menu under Office, it still doesn't show up.

Does my system have a vendetta against Dia? I manually added IE6 before with no problems, so this seems very odd.
