Invest 2.24.1 App by Raphael Slinckx

Postby jarry7 on Tue Mar 24, 2009 4:29 am

Hi All

I am an extreme newbie in that I installed and got Linux Mint Felicia running 2 days ago. I'm loving it.

I am currently using the the "Invest 2.24.1" app by Raphael Slinckx, where you can track your investment portfolio via the use of tickers utilising Yahoo! Finance as the source of information.

I am very interested in adapting this app for my specific needs (I am from South Africa) so it would be more relevant for me to use my local stock exchange (the JSE) as the source of information.

Where would I be able to find the source for the "Invest" app so that I can utilise it more efficiently?

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

If you installed it from the repo, just enable the ubuntu deb-src in synaptic.
Then run in terminal
Code: Select all
sudo apt get update
Code: Select all
apt-get source Invest
